Andrew joined PCP in November 2005 as General Manager of Private Equity.
Prior to joining PCP Andrew held senior executive roles with several Washington H. Soul Pattinson Group companies including Clover Corporation Limited and Keith Harris & Company Limited.
Andrew has been involved in the Washington H. Soul Pattinson Group for over twelve years. Andrew has also spent six years in a mid-tier chartered accounting firm prior to joining the Washington H. Soul Pattinson Group.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) as well as a member of the Securities Institute of Australia (SA Fin).
Andrew is a member of the Investment Committee of Souls Private Equity Limited.
Stephen joined Pitt Capital Partners in 2008 as an investment analyst focusing on Private Equity. Stephen is responsible for all phases of the investment process, from origination through to exit.
Prior to joining PCP Stephen developed financial and actuarial pricing models at the Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) and CommInsure.
Stephen also spent seven years at Colonial First State where he held a number of operational, financial and managerial roles.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Business Economics from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). He also has completed a Master of Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and a Master of Actuarial Studies from UNSW. Stephen is a Fellow of FINSIA (F Fin) and an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (AIAA).
Jack joined Pitt Capital Partners as an Investment Analyst focusing on Private Equity in 2008. Jack is responsible for the analysis and due diligence of potential investments and the monitoring of existing portfolio companies.
Prior to this, Jack worked with a boutique advisory firm focused on advising financial sponsors. In this role, he has had exposure to a number of transactions in a range of industries including media, industrial services, tourism and consumer products.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Finance from UNSW.
