Soda has the world wide intellectual property rights to the Salon Only and Innoxa Brands and distributes the Imedeen brand in Australia. SODA listed on the National Stock Exchange in January 2007, which resulted in the raising of $5m.

Innoxa has been a well known brand in Australia since 1920. Market research indicates strong brand equity and a loyal consumer following. Innoxa has strong pharmacy distribution.
Salon Only was established in 1998 by leading Australian hair stylists. The Salon Only haircare range, is one of the few professional haircare brands sold only in professional hair salons.
Imedeen is a prestige brand of internal skincare tablets. Soda has an exclusive long term distribution agreement for the Imedeen brand in Australia.

Soda has national distribution in over 2,500 stores in Australia. Soda’s brands are sold through pharmacy, discount department store, department store, professional hair salons, and export markets.
